Fileserve là site Pay Per Upload(PPU) rất mới, được thành lập vào tháng 03/2010. Đây là site của 1 cty có trụ sở ở Mỹ. Đây được xem là 1 site PPU rất tiềm năng, và hoàn toàn có thể lật đổ Hotfile hay Uploading trong thời gian không xa.

Cơ bản như sau:
1. Với người không đăng ký và free member thì tính tất cả những lần download thành công (cho 1 file). Nếu mình up 10 file trong 1 movie, free member hay người ko đăng ký download cả 10 file đó thì sẽ được tính cả 10. Nhưng nếu họ download 2 lần cho 1 file thì chỉ tính 1 (làm gì có ai “thông minh” tới vậy.)
Đối với đối tượng download là premium users thì chỉ tính 1 lần cho tất cả các file trong 24h. Nghĩa là nếu họ download cả 10 file trong 1 movie thì chỉ tính là 1.
2. Không phân biệt rank gì ở fileserve ( không có gold, silver hay ultra …. Như tại hotfile và uploading)
3. Pay vào thứ 2 hàng tuần qua Paypal, WebMoney và ePassporte.
